I am not certain if I am Dr. Comite's oldest patient but at 83 years of age I must be pretty close. In so many ways I have been fortunate. I am rarely sick and even at the age when most people are retired I still work. People always tell me I look fifteen or twenty years younger than I am. While this always makes me feel good the real test is how I feel.

The truth is I was not doing that well. My physical strength had deteriorated to a point where everyday exertions were becoming a task. My balance was poor and having fallen twice in a relatively brief period of time, I was increasingly concerned about breaking a bone which at my age would not heal all that quickly.

At the urging of my son I contacted Dr. Comite. I am glad I did. First, I want to compliment her office staff who always make me feel welcome. The program I am on, which includes exercise, supplements, and certain prescription medications, has improved my physical well being and health immeasurably. My bone density has increased significantly, which reduces my risk of breakage. My cholesterol measurements have also improved, and are well within a low normal range. Other objective measurements of my body's health indicated by specific blood levels also show marked improvement. I am told that on paper my results look similar to an average man his late fifties. In addition, thanks to my increased stamina, I am able to maintain a disciplined exercise program. I feel great, and more importantly I am healthy.
